Woodbridge Fortino's and the "cucumber" signal...

Twice in the last month I've been told by 2 different people that some Woodbridge milfy types will sometimes (often ? never?) push a shopping cart through the local Fortino's while displaying a cucumber on the top basket as their way to signal they're available, and indeed looking for fun.
I called bullshit on the first story, but then heard it again today from somebody that I would consider, at least somewhat savvy.
Has anyone heard this before, or experienced this?...I'm still leaning towards bullshit....it sounds WAY to "Urban Legend-y" to me
