i think she paid to have a video made. she then paid some actors to pretend to be crack dealers and then set up the meetings with the toronto star and gawker.

Did she have to pay the two guys who were shot, the two in the picture?
Did she have to pay Ford's guy, Price, to feed in a fake apartment address?
Did she have to pay to get the guy in the Post story to confirm he's seen the video but that it won't come out?

She changed the post from "the video" to "a video" in an attempt to capitalize on the Ford video. I guess she's trying to stay relevant so she can have another run at mayor for the next election.

Every great city may have traffic jams, but all of them are trying to come up with solutions to reduce them.
Telling someone to leave or shut up if they don't like the problem is moronic.
I applaud anyone who puts forth solutions or listens to ideas.
