I saw a different (I think?) documentary about this not too long ago. It presented an interesting theory that the manuscript is a hoax... they were actually even able to reasonably duplicate the hoax with modern scribes, made up characters and a very simple 'randomizer'.

this is a different documentary

in this one they discuss that concept then discard it because the only known hoaxer of that period capable of such an expert hoax was born after the book was dated

it took years and a small fortune to write his book


they also discount da vinci writing a fanciful book as a child


that it is in code leads to wild speculation as coded books are meant to be secret usually from the church


it also has drawings only seen under the microscope before the known microscope was invented

I'd much rather spend my 45 minutes with photos like this.

Better yet, I'd much rather spend a couple hours naked in bed with her.

Would definitely use braille technique for reading her body language.
