Question re: Plus Minus.
Last night against Washington, Phaneuf was on ice for two Washington goals and the Toronto goal.
Mark Frazer was on the ice for two Washington goals.
So when I check Gamecentre,
Phaneuf shows a 0
Frazer shows a -1.
Should it not be
Phaneuf -1
Frazer -2

What were the game situations when the Leafs were scored on for the above players?
Plus/Minus is only calculated when the teams are at even strength.
Yes, Phaneuf was on the ice for 2 Washington goals and a Toronto goal, 1 of them was a Washington PP goal. So the plus/minus is zero for Dion.
Plus/minus are not calculated for specialty teams (power plays and penalty killing), only for even strength play.
Habs lost tonight and Bruins picked up a point. So far it's a Leafs vs Habs matchup. In the Montreal radio stations and Habs forums, Habs fans prefer not to play the Leafs in the first round but rather the Islanders or Rangers. Deep down inside Habs fans are scared of the LEAFS.
IF the Buds playing like that and lost all the last 5, AND the others 3 teams win all they could face Crosby, nice seeding in deed!

Tavares and company have the Islanders(surprisingly ?) in seventh of the East, posed to face Boston in the first round.
I do not want this pursuit of locking up to go on too long so the Leafs need this one tonight.

Would like to see Kadri find his scoring touch again or at least pile up some apples on Frattin and Lupul/MacArthur goals.

Outshot 19-5 in the first period. Outshot in 14 of the last 15 games. Getting consistently badly outshot will catch up with you.
Ok, I sound like a broken record but Leafs badly outshot 38-20. You don't win too many games with 20 SOG, especially when you allow the other guy 38.
I would not worry, I believe the Leafs will win 2 out of the last 4 games to clinch a playoff spot.
