From my experience (retired MPA) - The bigger and fatter they were, the softer the erection, with the exception of a very few.

I figured it was because the bigger they are, the more blood they needed and therefore the smaller ones got harder.

Couple of things -

I have handled two 13 inch cocks in my lifetime and yes I measured both. Both men were very tall, one white, one black, one was a little thinner and more pencil like, one was a little thicker.

Also I have never thought that 6 inches was above average. For me:

5 and below - below average
5 - 7 inches - average
7 - 10 inches - that is above average

Having had my hands (and other things) on a very wide variety of sizes, shapes, etc. I am going to weigh in on this particular thread.

Size doesn't always dictate firmness.
Girth doesn't always dictate firmness.
The same penis can be partially erect (softer) or fully erect (harder) based on many factors... Some of which include (but are not limited to) stimulation, stress, interest, intensity, activity, blood pressure and general health, etc.

I have seen someone that I thought was an 8 1/2 on a typical day reach a 9 1/2 while in the midst of some high excitement levels, and be barely a semi-hard 7 when less interested in an activity. I have seen one that was the length of my arm from the elbow and entire palm of my hand combined (and more than the girth of my wrist) so hard it was actually dangerous to do much more than sit back and simply admire the young man. I think perhaps it is a personal preference thing over all. I cannot imagine why one would want a client with a big cock. It is a lot more work and reduces how many guys you can make in a day.
