it's the average monthly income that is a better measure to compare.
If you wanna put it that way, after paying my taxes...........they still make more than most of us men

It isn't even THAT! Negotiating has been an acceptable way of doing business ( yes ladies, it is a business) worldwide for centuries!
If you're offended then maybe you shouldn't be "self employed"! Full stop.

That's cool and I think that's a great strategy to get your fix. Nothing wrong with that.
And considering the part of cuba i go to, off the resort its only a $1 for a can of beer so that $200 also includes my beers off the resort.:thumb:

Business is business if a guy wants to negotiate he can. There is nothing wrong with that. Its up to you whether or not you want to take the business.

Negotiating happens in all walks of business. Anyone who says otherwise has misinformed you. There is nothing wrong, nor disrespectful about negotiating in a polite manner.

Troops, you've been in this hobby for a long time and you should know some, not most, ladies make more money than most men on this board. Most of the ladies don't make as much money as men make it out to be as many ladies do this to supplement another income, or escort for a short period of time to achieve a financial goal, or simply aren't that busy. Yes I know, and have known, a few ladies that make very good money at escorting while working full time at it but you can't begrudge that, those ladies really earn their keep when you weigh the risk they face and the toll this industry takes on them. Although some ladies earn good money, the trick is not to spend it but to keep it, and there are fewer ladies who can do that well.

I think i'm gonna start a bartering service website for sp's and johns. Many johns have different skills and businesses.
Example.......if an sp needs a ride to the airport, maybe for a blowjob on the way there while driving, would be a great barter.

If it weren't for negotiators I doubt many SPs would make a sale.

I also doubt that all the white knights and money is no object guys are able to keep such a huge supply of providers in business on their own.

This is even if they were able to fuck everyone of them at their initial asking price, plus tips and whatever excess money they wish to throw at the providers.

I guess they are like proffesional athletes. They can't be doing this for a long time, so they better makes large loots of cash before theyre looks or body fades.

Anybody who offers or agrees to a discount in any business, and fails to deliver the goods as promised, quite frankly is cheating. They are the 'cheap' ones. NOT the person who asked for a discount....
We had to decide on some custom finish work and cabinets this month. We took a tour of the shops. I noticed that one was using some very cheap looking plywood in the drawer bottoms and I the owner laughed when he saw me staring.

He said the client new their prices, and at the last minute just before signing the contract wanted a huge discount. So the client got an inferior product at a slightly lower cost.

If some client sees the price, shows up for a booking and tries to extort a lower price, (since you have already lost the ability to book another client) do you really think we will be happy and energetic for him?

Let me ask this question, and it's not just directed at huyffx.
If a lady makes it quite clear on her website or ad that her rates are non negotiable and don't disrespect me by bartering or trying to negotiate me down, do you still find it acceptable for the guy to negotiate? The lady made it clear to not negotiate, so do men find it's ok to ignore this and continue to talk her rate down?

If she's professional? You bet.

120-140 for hh seems ok with me. I don't negotiate ever. I only call women I can afford to be with.
If there were 15min rates at $50, i would consider hobbying in canada. 15min works perfect for guys like Troops. I don't kiss, i don' talk, i don't cuddle, I shoot my load in 10 min, i'm gone. Fuck the GFE.....theyre not my gf's

Bingo!

In addition, there are no benefits or pension plan that athletes have.

Stand firm on your rates. Be professional about it, just say your rates are firm. People will actually respect you more for it.

The only thing that should cause you to change your rate is if you are getting too few or too many calls. If you are getting the volume of business you want, why change anything? If not, why change for only one client?

Stick to your guns.

Then you aren't with Gigi, because she said that the negotiation offends her in the first place. I'm not saying she needs to negotiate her rates. I'm just saying she doesn't need to take it personally that someone makes an offer. They aren't personally insulting her, calling her ugly or saying they don't think she'll be a good piece of ass. They are doing it because they want to pay less, plain and simple as that.
Au contraire, although only GiGi herself can really say whether my position equates to hers. She and I both announce our rates right off the top; people know before they phone. If someone wants to negociate, it's up to them to name a number. That is the usual bargaining format. Unthinkingly asking for some sort of discount as a rote behaviour, is just being cheap. Of course she and I can say no, and I do, as politely as I can. But if there's no sin in asking for a better price, then there's no sin in coming onto the board and complaining about the half-assed sense of entitlement of people who think they're 'negociating' in that incompetent, time-wasting way. They lost at Step One, and there's a term for such incompetents.

As others have said, a deal needs two people putting something into it and agreeing. Wanna be a dealer? Propose your deal.
