I lost 25 pounds I cut out red meat to once a week, no pop, no glutten. Lost about a pound or two a week. Light amounts of excercise (20 minute walks). Rarely snacking after 8pm.

Oh and all meals are home cooked except for 2 to 3 of the 21 meals per week.
