He wrote the law on himself, he started a thread hijacking with his good buddy Simon and assorted thugs. He allowed Simon to take the point and the enthusiastic Simon got what he deserved. Rubby was not even banned. He posted after that incident. I will admit, at that point he was not half the man he use to be. (* Beatles ) I do not have first hand knowledge but maybe Rubby was read the riot act after his thread hijacking. As I remember, you were in on the thread hijacking yourself. So if that was the incident that did him in, you are red handed yourself. If anyone had a part in it it was you.
