Thanks for the review Randy. And just for clarification, of course we appreciate the fact that you liked her so much you wanted a longer appointment, the last thing we would want to do is hold a client back for spending more time. The only issue is that she wanted to have enough time between clients to be able to relax, refocus, shower at a normal pace ect. By changing the booking, it puts the pressure on and for the customer next it could mean he has to wait. This of course sets off the domino effect throughout the day, and then we get clients pissed at us because the lady isn't ready. I'm sure everyone here can appreciate that, as they wouldn't want to be the guy who has be made to wait.

Brooke is a complete sweetheart, with a real aptitude for the business. I think she will do very well.

How do we know what her schedule is or what her needs are? The guy asked for and was granted an extension. If the company has a problem with that, they should take it up with the girl. Bad business to rag on the client because he politely asked permission to give them more money. I can't believe they called the guy and complained to him. What the eff were they thinking?

That's right Jason. This is one of those where its damn if you do, and damn if you don't!!!
As well meaning as you are, the PR department is still a little rough around the edge.

But when some of the girls ask about Pink, one thing I can say is, to us Johns, PK always sides on their girl's side first, no hesitation about it. Great and all, just be smoother about it.

Regardless, of all the gin joints, PK has always served both sides well for the longest time. And hard as we have tried, they will be the same as the first day they started. That's a good thing folks!

So this is how it went down, Randy asked for an appt for 30 mins.. When he arrived to the incall location, Lisa asked him Again and he confirmed for 30 mins. Once he met Brooke wanted to change things to an hr. Brooke obliged, not knowing any better it was her first day and second client. Not realizing the ramifications of accepting the request, Lisa having to juggle clients around and move people.. Thank goodness we didn't have to cancel anyone otherwise, once again we would have someone giving us shit..LOL

Anyhow, after the appt.. Yes Lisa did call Randy back, to remind him that if he is sure before booking. I don't think she blasted him or anything like that.. Obviously he was happy as the review was overall quite positive.

Just to respond to Bootloving. Yes we normally side with the Ladies, unless it is blatenely obviously they are at fault for something. Reality is, if we don't take care of the ladies first.. You lucky gentlemen wouldn't have anyone to see.

That could set off a whole chain of events.. Alot of guys with Blueballs, that would be pent up.. They would yell at their co-workers.. businesses would shut down.. It would the economic shutdown of Ottawa.. What we are doing here gentlemen is a public service..

I agree. Imagine if randy had been with a SO or something and got that phone call. Not good etiquette at all by PK. I really don't see the point to call him. Discretion...

Sometimes proactive is good, sometimes not. In this case, there was no tragedy as a result of Randy's action. No naggy call required. Unless he paid extra for the NWE (Naggy Wife Experience).

This goes to show the kind of service PK has been giving for years. What ever happened to discretion? They called me back once to say my girl I booked was available sooner, even after I told the receptionist (ahem is right lol) not to call me back! Needless to say I had some bullshit to tell my wife. Their customer service is the reason I no longer use them and I was the happiest man in town when EmilyJ went indy!

I completely agree. If she is new and should not have done that, then tell her. It's like asking to be supersized, then having the manager chase you into the parking lot yelling that they don't serve those any more and don't ever ask for that again! Complete bull.

Again, agreed. But you are looking at this from the wrong perspective. If a client asks for something and receives it, it is not their problem if it causes an issue. It does not matter the reasons on your side. Most reasonable people have the approach that it never hurts to ask. Sure, I especially become very irrated if I'm kept waiting, but I wouldn't never take it out on the client. To me, it's up to the SP to better manage their time (and, perhaps, not make the appointments so close that there is no wiggle room).

What don't you get about that? It should be something you add to your orientation for new SP's, not something you berate your clients about--under any circumstances. The call is completely unacceptible, unprofessional and offensive.

here's the part that I don't know if it was clarified in my response, we confirmed twice with the client that he only wanted 30 minutes to avoid the problem and he still went ahead and booked an hour appointment with a brand new girl who was on her first day . Therefore by Lisa calling him immediately after the call and reminding him, not screaming at him that in the future to be sure about his times before booking would be appreciated. I really don't see this is being a major issue , and in the interest of our customer service in the bigger picture I don't think this is an issue that really needs to get all up in arms about.
