On Monday CTV Kitchener will be starting a week-long feature on the 6 o'clock news on the sex trade in Waterloo Region. Part of it will focus on the part the internet plays as well. It will repeat on each day's 11:30 pm news and the next day on the noon news.

I am thinking that they should send Megan Furman and Rosie Del Campo undercover to uncover the truth of the trade.

I think there are far bigger issues in the region than the sex trade. Can't CTV waist there time on anything else. As this is sure to bring negative attention. Maybe I have been texting a journalist instead of an sp wouldn't that be great!

Yeah, I'm just going to go ahead and avoid watching this sensationlist, puritan bullshit and retain my sanity while I'm ahead :p

Possibly if the ladies on this board could call in and ask to be rescued from this fate worst than death we'd get an accurate story.

Just read the story. It mostly focused on street walkers around Wellington/Walnut needing to fund their addictions. The ladies here are the complete opposite.

Thanks Artmann. Considering they are using real and current bp ads in the lead up, the next episodes should be interesting to. Sierra and sexy savanahs ads were shown.

And here's Amy, the ex-streetwalker in Tuesday's report:

Tomorrow: The internet ... perhaps Sierra and Savannah will be TV stars.

(Still haven't seen your licence plate yet.)

EDIT:
This is the same link as the first report. Apparently because it's a "feature series," one link takes you to the series page, and then you can click on individual reports.

This "report" is ridiculous.

The first segment focussed on a couple of cops who patrol the area and all they talked about was their superior morality.

Tonight's segment focussed on a former streetwalker who blew a $500,000 insurance payment on drugs.

Big reason why CTV Kitchener is a joke.
