Not necessarily the hottest chemically, but necessarily hot. The kind of hot not everyone can handle, but with a really nice flavour too. Wings, Indian, Thai, you name it, so long as it is hot and tasty.

San Francesco's (Clinton St.) for a veal sandwich with hot peppers.

Give me a couple of those and them some really sweet ice cream (Baskin-Robbins will do) before I go to the electric chair.
