This has to be the nicest sushi place I have seen in the kitchener area, food is good and sushi is very presentable, it's pricey on weekends though.
Kitchener also has a chain called ye's, its good
+1 x 100Dake Sushi is newer and top-shelf for the area. I have never been to Sushi 99, so I can't make a direct comparison...but Dake is my favourite in the Tri-Cities. Chic decor, teppanyaki tables and a great bar.

Decided to take Artmann's recommendation (and others), since he's never steered me wrong on other things and we seem to have very similar taste's on a number of different things...+1 x 100
Dake is an amazing change from the old Zeke's Outback. Very classy, very elegant.
Be sure to reserve seats at one of the cook top tables, where the chef puts on a show for you, teppanyaki style Japanese cooking, like BeniHana at The Royal York
So did I!I had an excellent time at Dake the other night.

LMFAO!You mom's kitchen!
I agree! Ate there tonight for the first time and was very impressed. Great decor as well. I hope it does well in a location which has seen many restaurants come and go over the years.Dake ..Top quality and great service
