I'm getting, ahem, a little older, so I'll add my 2 cents here, on a more serious note.
I've tried Viagra and Cialis. Both work, they just do. I don't see the point of the extreme "warnings" written above, if taken as prescribed, and without blood pressure issues, the results for me are significant, with minor side affects. Personally, I prefer Cialis, often a half of a pill will last me more than a weekend. And no, I don't have blurred/blue vision, nor do I have an erection for 48 hours. When the time comes, I just "respond" better, with a harder, longer lasting erection.
I would question ordering online, but I don't have any experience with that. I went to a walk in clinic, when the front receptionist asked what I was there for, I simple said "it's personal" she didn't blink and eye, and said ok, please have a seat. When I got into see the doctor, I was fairly blunt. I said I had met someone, and didn't feel like I was "performing" quite as well as when I was younger, that I was curious to try Viagra/Celias. He said no problem, I'll check your blood pressure, which he did and I was fine, then wrote me a prescription.
The last time I went to a walk in clinic because my prescription had run out, it was a female Doctor. Right up front, she said "oh, so you're having the same problem that alot of men in their late 40's have" and started writing me a prescription
