The malware crap just keeps getting worse and in spite of its improvements, Windows is still a security sieve. You have to be careful where you surf and keep all your security scans/AV updated!

I have Macaffey and it failed miserably. Mcaffey not only says my system is fully protected but I ran a complete scan and it didn't find anything.

I will try the youtube link and if thatfails I will take it to future shop.

Wiping the hard drive will be my last resort.

What OS do you have?

Just did a Win7 reinstall on a friends laptop that got farked up.
I was impressed how well this went by just using his HP recovery partition software to restore W7 to its initial state when it was new! It took < 1 hour. Then of course he had to update W7 then reinstall his fav programs and apps.

Get and run free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It might fix it.

Download it on a usb key, then use it on your disconnected PC. I just use ms security essentials and spybot been clean visually for years.

If you have another PC or have use of a friends PC download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to a thumb drive then plug that thumb drive into your PC and copy it over and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to yours.

Quickest solution. You can buy a 4-8GB USB key at NCIX, Canada Computers for around $10. Use it to download new AV, drivers, etc from another PC. Use one at Internet cafe, a friend's, etc. Burn all your stuff on DVD for backup. PM if you have any other questions.
