No, you get a different response from me when you post untruths. The article does not even say what you claimed. You claimed it was about arrests, it's not. It's about contacts. You claimed it said whites are committing sex crimes at a higher rate than blacks, and you have no reason to think so.
The data we do have is that blacks commit more sex crimes than whites, just as they commit more hate crimes, and more crimes of violence. There seems to be a general willingness to commit crime in the black community. When faced with the same circumstances and the same temptation to commit a crime, blacks appear to be more willing to do so than whites.
