I say the OLG should start an over/under game to pick how many shootings by fucked up black people will be before the summer ends. I'd just have them all thrown in jail just to save time. I dont know what the Japanese or Singaporean's do. But it appears to work. There is less crime there.

first time you get taught a skill and 1 year to learn that skill, second time you get your skill upgraded, 3rd time you get caught there is no going to jail you go right to the chair or whatever your city decides to use as it's manner of execution. this would be implemented right after executing everyone in prison right now so that the criminals on the street know you are serious. a lot of crimes are committed by people that turn to crime cuz they can't find a job but i have figured out how to solve that as well. so yup crime would drop and there would be a lot of money saved that could go into other programs to help keep people from getting into that life to start with.

1) never said blacks weren't gay, blacks only make up a little over 3% of all of canada so they probably may up 3% of the gay population as well

2) not discussing africa and haiti because they are different countries and I'm not in the practice of applying international trends to local problems as they aren't related.
