Owner of Bunny Ranch brothel wants to set up in Toronto

In the commercials the bear wipes his ass with the rabbit. Maybe that's more his thing!
I think that one of the current agency owners would have a better idea of the market here and would be better able to set up this type of shop here. Keep this guy in Nevada.
A girl I used to work with at a spa went to Vegas to earn some extra money at the Bunny Ranch.
There were lotsa promises of huge money (and they did earn quite a lot...) She planned to stay one month - she lasted three days and came home.
She told us that it was horrible. (Management, clients, co-workers). In her opinion, none of the girls that worked there with her could have even been hired at a top spa here in-terms of how they treated their clients, interacted with their peers, and how they looked and presented themselves.
Of course - this is just one girl's opinion on just a few days' experience - and the massage parlour we worked at was definitely not a full-service spa (so there would automatically be differences).... but I don't find it difficult to believe her.
I'm definitely not in favour of anything but discrete brothels, (I would much prefer the style of brothels that already exist - ie not in-your-face tackiness), and I have absolutely no interest in working in one,,,, I'd much prefer that those who've paid their dues (ie. existing Toronto agency owners) are the key players. I have a lot more confidence that they would be better at serving the Toronto clientele and Toronto SPs.
... according to CP24 the guy who owns the ranch is comming to scout locations in June. They're reporting that he plans to build something here either way and that if he can't operate as a brothel, he'll make it a bed and breakfast.

Imagine all of the tourism tax $$$$ and publicity that it would bring to the big smoke. I could forsee it as the breakthrough for hobbyist's, terbies, SP's, MPA's and everyone alike to bring the credibility, exposure and goodwill to the pooning scene that this city desperately needs.
I doubt that was the point (although it could happen).
The guy who wrote it, Mike Strobel, seems to write quite a bit about the things that amuse his libido -- the Everything to do with Sex Show, the Moonlight Ladies (older Sunshine Girls), fetish porn star Maxine X, etc.
This seems pretty consistent with his areas of interest.
I just found it funny that in one of the articles I read they quoted the MGM bigwig as referring to Toronto as "a city with European feel". Methinks he's a tad confused, or hasn't actually been here (Montreal would be more apt for that description). Toronto is more like a New York stalker with San Francisco fetishes (i.e. streetcars).
I don't think the Vegas-style cathouse will work here. They should sooner take a look at the Montreal FS Strip Club model now that bawdy-houses are legal: an array of lovely ladies dancing on stage, free to be taken into a private room for FS, but without the stupid 3-song time limit now that bawdy houses are legal and they don't have to worry about being caught.

I suspect that he will have the same amount of success that the Spearmint Rhino and Treasures owners did. Americans don't do subtlety well at times. This kind of press would piss me off if I was a married American business traveller that gets my freak on when I come to Hogtown. Now the wife might be more suspicious than normal
Apparently he's going to be the "saviour" of the Toronto sex scene - if he only knew what a douche he sounds like.
