Will likely be set up to fleece customers with exhorbitant prices...same as the original Bunny Ranch in Nevada. Smaller operations in Nevada towns such as Winnemucca and Elko always provided way better service, prettier girls, and realistic pricing. Bunny Ranch on the other hand upcharges because of their name, history, etc

Maybe thats the point of publishing the article. They know its gonna ruffle a lot peoples feathers. I can see it now. People who know nothing about this industry will be reading this article and calling their local MP. They will be like "No way do I want this anywhere near my back yard"

I know it sounds a little selfish but I am kinda against outsiders coming to our city and setting up shop. I do wish him lots of luck, but I don't think he understands the Toronto market. I wouldn't be surprised to see him come here spend a ton of money on a beautiful place, and then have it flop like Spearmint rhinos or whatever that place was called. When Spearmint came to Toronto, they were like we are gonna change the Toronto Strip scene... I think they didn't last more than 2 years.

If it is as Grand & indiscreet as Bunny Ranch it would be required to be somewere out of the way a bit up in the country which maks it inconvienient to get to. Anywere closer & lots of customers will be nervous to go to. Any In-Call that is to flashy & well known around Toronto will scare away customers. Imagine all the P.I.'s hired by wives to monitor if suspecting husbands visit the place.

I doubt that business model would work in Toronto. If the cable show is realistic it would not appeal to me in the slightest. Second class sp's in second class accomodations at inflated prices without the novelty of being the only legal establishment around just wouldn't fly.

This might be exactly the publicity the topic needs. He doesn't just bring the bad, he brings the good. It's a well known brand, he's got a lot of money. He may be willing to spend some of that money if a legal battle ensues to set up shop here. If you're in favor of brothels, then this may be great news.
