Is she going to charge you or is this going to be off the clock? If off the clock... Don't question it. Don't over analyze. Take that as a great compliment. Hope you have a restaurant in mind. Just pay for it and move on and enjoy the moment with her.
Any player worth his salt should have a short list of trendy but cheap restaurants.

If the two of us are going out for dinner as friends, I don't see the harm in going dutch ~ the way I would with any other friend (yes, fuck buddies included lol). That way it doesn't give the impression of more than a platonic outing together.
Everyone's situation is different. Assuming there isn't an issue with discretion and you would actually enjoy her company outside of the bedroom, you say "yes".

Most of the SPs I've had off the clock dinners with have offered to pay their share, but I always pick up the tab. Nothing wrong with going dutch, though.

After a really good photo shoot the provider in question asked for my card and texted me a little after I had left asking if I'd be interested in getting together with her.
I didn't arrange anything that night but did keep in contact for a while and went out on a few dates with her. Impulsivity can be fun, but if they feel the same after a few days of sending stuff back and forth I'd treat it more genuinely.

However, I've asked one gal once after a late night session cuz I was hungry, and we went to Garden Restaurant (great Chinese and open late).
Oh lord! Do you really need to ask? I have done that so many times and I always pay for it and always ask the lady whether she has any place in mind. If i really like the lady I will take her to a better place. The one lady I really like I took her to Octagon on Yonge and we became FWB for a few months off the clock and not to my surprise she knows all the fine dining places.. I love taking out korean ladies cuz they love drinking and karaoke and chances of them following to my place and sleeping over with me are very high. The best thing ever happened to me was having invitations after our sessions from 2 Sps and one mpa for dinner at their place and ending up spending the nights with them. Damn..I love my single life.

Have to agree with you there. This has happened to me a couple of times with high end indy Montreal girls who only book 1 appointment a night. It has never been anything other than an extremely enjoyable meal.....off the clock.
