Exactly what is short / tall these days? Thirty years ago 5'8 or so was probably average, and 6 feet was a tall dude. Now the high school kids seem to be pushing 6'4" or so a lot of the time...

clearly she just hasn't met a rich short guy yet.I had always though that prejudice was something that happened because you had enough experience to know a group existed, but not enough to know that they are just people.
People are not often prejudiced towards yack herders in Bhutan because they mostly never meet or hear about them.
I think I am becoming prejudiced towards short men. Not little people, just short men. It feels like men over 4’10” and less than 5’ 5” grow giant chips on their shoulders instead of personalities.
I had a BF in high school for a few weeks who was in that range, and he was a little bully. Even if he was cute I just could not cope with it. It just got so stale. I assumed it was just him.
I have been reading posts here from people like short men and they remind me of him. The insecurity and the whining and the bullying and the anger that life is unfair to them are so similar.
If I have a daughter, I think I may have to instill in her a prejudice against short men

Also had a bad experience with one of them that soured me on the lot. I was at a bar just minding my own business and this little old hobbit dude comes up to me with the nasty comments. "Hey Ogre you smell bad and cause people to cry". So of course I kicked his ass and tossed him out. He comes back again, "hey cunt, you are an embarrassment to your parents", again with the beating and tossing. Over and over this happened, beating after beating. I finally asked the bartender what the deal was and he told me that old hobbits are hard to kill.
In three parts, pretty good, I believe the Family Guy dude is in it and a few others. Also some hot chicks.

Dealmaker: In 21 century Western Society for which the #1 attractive attribute of a man is height, YES. Historically & esp. what has beeen discovered of ancient man , NO. Even 2 large tribes in Africa today, there is 0 value put on height & as was theorized, the mix of women taller than their mate, 50/50. They are a hunter, gatherer tribes. Anthropomologists had discovered that this theory conjured up about women preferring the taller mates because they could hunt better to be false. IN FACT: this Christian & Hollywood version that cave man lived like us ( Monogamous family unit, with wifey staying home & father go out to work) completely false. Ancient man was permiscuious ( incl the female) , there was NOT single family units ( more akin to hippiy communes ) and women who were not very young & pregnant also went out and hunted. ANYONE here who has studied anthropomology will know that the Christian/ Hollywodd concepts are completely false. Also in the past few hundred years we have numerous examples were in the scociety other values of attraction were present & height of little importance ..... any cultural, social Historians in the house???
50/50 ? But the average man is taller than the average woman. How is it possible to have 50/50 ? Where did they find all the giant women?
The Hadza Tribe of Tanzania. Today this tribe has a 49/51 mix of woman taller than their mate. I think it is possible because they found there was many taller females choosing shorter mates. Also in many of these tribes the women are taller than the average female here in North America.
Or the short guys kill off the tall boys so there is no competition?
So some tribe some where has women who average the same height as men. Sort of skews any data from them. The women do not need tall husbands to bring home the bacon

Did not say the women's height is the average of the men & if you really want to know google the tribe & learn more. Perhaps since you seem to have so much time on your hands with your lengthy threads you got time to do some looking into anthropomology & socialogy findings. They just shatter that Western Christian & Hollywood paradime. P.S. It was interesting in the 1940's & 50's when findings suggested that man live in commune communities & sexual behaviour was more orgie like, these findings were greatly resisted & held back from publication due to how contrversal to the strong pervailing Christian values of the time. By the 1970's not only was there more evidence but social, sexual values loosened up since the 60's hippy ( sexual ) revolution. Interesting how the street knowledge still holds a view as if ancient man lived just like us & held our values.
