I guess I should provide a bit more information. Several people were in chat. HH was going on about himself and trying to get one of my friends to book him in PM. He was getting annoying and could not take a hint. I pointed out that may sex workers do not like many clients and have little or no desire to see them. I probably mentioned he was not one I would book. I think I am entitled to find the guys who go on and on about their imaginary skills and conquests a bit annoting. I offended HH and he started this thread.

I am sorry if I sound Jaded. I am not. Some clients are annoying and not people I would wish on my worst enemy. Some clients are good friends and people. Some are ass holes. Just like SPs.

But claiming having a smelly ass in the back seat of your cab is the same as having to kiss him and feel your hands on you somehow does not seem right.

:)
i was only using the taxi example as i have never been an sp and it is the only thing i had to draw on for an example of having to deal with shit heel clients. i get why you want to screen guys out, some dudes are fucking gross, not just in appearance but just as people and i also get you not liking a guy that is constantly bragging about how many girls he hooked up with and how awesome he is.

one of the reasons i have never booked with anyone is when i was younger i was in good shape, i had the six pack, long hair and full body tan from being outside all day, i was actually very good looking and didn't need to. now i am older and i would feel guilty as i am not attractive anymore and i know that a girl of certain caliber would not look at me in the real world so paying her to look at me, well i would just feel bad.

i get where you are coming from i really do, i was just reacting off the way you were coming off. i know your not a jaded person by other posts of yours i have seen, it was just starting to look bad in this particular thread.

Bad day for me I guess. I had 3 friends who sort of helped me stay safe and learn about the industry in Toronto and helped me to cope. One had a car accident and is in terrible pain, one is facing surgery for a terrible problem, and one has HIV. A fourth friend I made recently is going home. I never had many GFs. I was too young for my class mates, and my appearance was a factor. I am just sad I guess and it eroded my patience.

Recently in CHAT, I have been assured by a former escort, that all working girls despise the men who see them. Some (namely me) moreso than others.

Now, I know it's a business. I am sure there are plenty of crappy clients. But surely, there must be the odd guy who hobbies, is clean and polite, and maybe not even totally repulsive. The thing is, this "lady" holds all johns, even those she never met, in absolute contempt. She assures me that the only reason I don't hear it straight from them, is that it would be bad for business. (duh).

Of course everyone is entitled to an opinion. I normally would not care about such a statement from a bitter former escort. But the fact that she married one of those very johns seems........hypocritical.

I would really like to hear from any former SPs or MPAs.
You're right in that sense, it is hypocritical. So then why should you listen to her and create this thread. It's ridiculous. This is why I like boards like these, it let's the SP's personalities 'blossom' in a way. I already have a few SPs on my do not see list, it all works out. For them, too.

It is difficult for ladies to deny a client when working for an agency. Agencies fear bad reviews and bad rep on sites like these, so they'll often use bribery for people to take false reviews down. Or they'll distance themselves from the ladies who denied you or gave you bad service. Very cowardly, but that's business.

Now, moving back to what you were told. When you get told something like that, do a little background check. She married a former client and doesn't work, why should you listen to her? There you go. Classic Richard Gere story.

Don't listen to fools, it'll rot your brain.

I'm curious, were you generally well reviewed?

Not that it has a lot of bearing on the points you've made.
:) I was one of those $500 / hr, 2 hr min types. No reviews left up

I found what I needed in life

Mrs Loki,

I look at it a different way you were an opportunist..... got in got out. I don't mean that as an insult just classifying the reason that you did the job.

However, like any job there are different reasons for why people get into it and as a result of it they have different outlooks.

Furthermore, like any job the ones who enjoy it are the best ones. If you hate kids you'll be a bad teacher, if you don't like germs or sick people medicine is not for you, hate suits business would suck and so on. That's not to say that they can't do the job but their lack of passion can be seen.

As a side note I agree Hurricane Hank does come across as a weirdo and I have only read the odd post here and there from him over the years. Probably should have just burst his bubble you were too nice to make him think that it was the girls who despise clients when the truth is that they probably are creeped out by him.

So yeah some hate the job, some need the job, some tolerate the job, some enjoy the job.

Doesn't that mean you have a skewed view as your experience is mainly with guys who spend $500.

Maybe you met a lot of rich assholes who acted like asses.

Maybe at the $250 an hour you would have met more socially awkward or unattractive guys who value the money and appreciate what the woman provides. But less entitled jerks.

But maybe I'm wrong what do I know...... nothing.

Point is you worked a short period in a niche market and married a client and do not have to work so your rare experience might not apply across the board.

I would classify people who take payment for services (you can sub in any type of work) 2 ways.
1) those who do it because MOST of the time they enjoy it = Professionals
2) those who hate what they do and ONLY do it for money = Prostitutes
Thats the way I see it

Excellent way to look at it. If OP knew this thread wouldn't be made.
