Are you sure that's a word? I would say spoonfuls for the plural. I don't have access to my dictionary at the moment but it doesn't come up on dictionary.com http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/spoonsful
I think spoonsful is correct. The same as brothers-in-law.
Try googling "spoonsful or spoonfuls".

Spoonsful is "correct" but sounds clumsy, and has been replaced by spoonfuls in everyday speech and usage. But spoonsful is there, in the heavy dictionaries. You didn't want it to be easy, did you?

Answer :

The actor that played Darth Vader was quite angry because the director of the film brought in James Earl Jones to do his voice at the last minute. He would go to Star wars conventions and bad mouth the director of the film.
Seriously, who has a better on screen voice than James Earl Jones?, afterall he is the voice of CNN.

The laws of physics.
The sound of a ducks quack is quite distinctive. there may be a anomalies in how the sound is produced. It may that the quack is produced at such a frequency that the echo does not return in the same manner as other sounds. It may be a phenomena that the echo registers on electronic equipment but not easily heard by human ears. I am not arguing that the quack echoes or it does not. Just saying.

Why was there never a channel 1 on the old TV dials?

Answer :

The old televisions of the 1950s to 1970s had no channel 1 because that frequency band was reserved for taxi communications equipment.
