For me it is the noisy exhaust pipe that is the biggest pain in the ass. Hey guess what loser, now you have a noisy piece of crap Honda Civic! I also find the Baby on Board signs annoying. So because your wife spread her legs one night you suddenly feel entitled to greater protection on the road or something?

i had the baby on board sticker thing. worked great telling people i was a single dad, the roll out a tear and talk about how you miss your kid. shame i got rid of that car before i had kids, i could have used it when i did have them.

Had to laugh the other day, I saw what I thought was a jesus fish, but when I pulled up behind the guy at a light, I saw that it had legs & "Darwin" was printed inside it.
I'd never put anything like that on my car, be too worried about getting keys by some numbnuts who thinks torturing someone forever is a fair response to a theological dispute.

Ditto for anything political.

Trouble is the original MSN piece was a picture essay. By far and away the most annoying and stupid accessories are car alarms and keyless entry systems that beep. Both pander to the owner's stupid belief that a machine can do their due diligence and replace them. If only…

You still use the key to open your car door?

The original idea was great: to let EMS know there was a little one in the car and that they need to search for him/her/it if there was an MVC.

Unfortunately, like a lot of other things, they quickly turned into a "look at me, I have a baaaaaaybeeee" fashion accessory and were displayed 24/7/365.

Automatic door locking when the car is in motion annoys me.
Look-at-me LED headlights.
Alarms that beep and chirp too much.

Autodimming headlights
Automatic headlights drive me around the bend. Relying on technology to turn on your lights when you should know to turn them on yourself is the height of laziness. I always find they don't work when it rains and most drivers are oblivious to the fact that in those conditions their tail lights are not on because they figured the automatic headlights would take care of it.
