Does anyone have the iPhone 4S?

If you`re a Canadian and own an iPhone 4s it should bug you that the main feature "Siri" is not fully functional outside the USA and may not be for some time.
What about the other issues such as battery drain or the silencing outgoing calls and a couple of reported Siri "outages"

does the iPhone 4S "suck" as Cult of Mac website posted or are you completely happy with your phone and recommend over all else?


Consumer reports did recommend the 4S but did say they would retest it after the 5.0.1 update to fix the battery drain and they also noted a number of Android phones are rated higher than the Apple.

I have all of those problems with my 4s, but the speed of the phone makes up for it. Every task I have asked of it, it does immediately... Those other shortfalls will be fixed.

5hummer is the one going on about Apple and it's award winning service, despite many guys here who have had unpleasant experiences dealing with Apple service including myself on 2 occasions.

Sorry to hear you had to settle for a refurb CC, there is no way you should have had to settle for used goods!!

AGREED!!!!!!!!!

First you get 'shafted' paying double or more for an iToy, then when it farks up and needs service they hand you a farking used rebuilt Refurb?!?!?!?!?

The biggest problem I had with the 4s was the length of time it took Rogers to have it delivered. Battery life is fine. It lasts just as long as my BB Torch did. Siri is great and when the location part starts to work outside the US, it will be even better. That's supposed to happen next year. The camera is very good and Internet is really quick. Compared to the 4, the reception is better too ( I used to drop calls in my condo, but not any more). I think the torch still has the best reception. I can't compare it to the Android, but far superior to any BB I have owned (torch, bold, curve & pearl).

Torch and BB overall, stellar reception. Go to a store and play with the Galaxy S2, pretty sweeeet.
I have to admit, the one thing I like about the iPhone, is the shell, very sleek. :thumb:
