What is the largest animal, past or present, to have ever lived on earth?
Depends on your definition....

the blue whale I think is the largest animal, but if you are talking superorganisms (many organisms grouped together that may not be able to survive individually) the great barrier reef is the one....

the following artists were accused of plagiarism with the song in question..name the artist and song which were allegedly copied?

Rolling Stones - Anybody Seen my Baby
KD Lang - Constant Craving

Stones weren't actually sued on this one. Prior to releasing their new single, Keith Richards' daughters were singing KD's lyrics to the Stones' song. That's when Keith noticed the similarities and the Stones gave KD a songwriting credit on the song when the Stones album was released to avoid any legal hassles.

which artist was sued for not sounding enough like himself?
when Neil Young switched from his long-time label Reprise Records to Geffen Records in the early 80s, he changed from his well-known musical style that had brought him much commercial success to other styles such as electronic, rockabilly and country - these releases were not commercially successful for Young. David Geffen, head of the label, promptly sued Young for producing "uncharacteristic and uncommercial music".
