29 year old grandfather with his 14 year old daughter, and granddaughter. Maybe some of you already know about this story from before but I just thought I'd bring this up. Does this kinda disgust you? !

The man admitted he became a father back in 1996 when he was just 14.
He said his own mother, who is 47, is excited about the prosepct of being a great-grandmother. ‘She was 18 when she had me,’ he said. ‘She was shocked when I told her the news, but she is happy now.

She had a baby at 14? Whoever her partner was should be charged with rape! That's below the age of consent. Yes, it is thoroughly disgusting. The grandfather isn't much better becoming a father himself at 15. Just more freaks of nature.

The father is only 15 himself, so having sex may/most likely have been perfectly legal.

This family should be compelled however to learn about contraception.

On a strictly biological level "survival of the fittest" to the species, where there is no such thing as morals or ethics I give him a high five! :p

The Welsh version of Trailer Park Trash (a.k.a. PWT)

In a depressing portrait of Broken Britain, the unemployed grandfather-to-be does not live with his daughter or her mother, a cafe worker who has two other children and lives with another unemployed man on a housing estate.

Neighbours branded the man a "lazy scrounger" while another said "He just wants it to be all about him. If it was my daughter pregnant so young I certainly wouldn’t be singing about it."

They've been together longer than many couples and they seem to love each other. I'd say they are ideal people to raise a family.

You really need to italicize your post to show sarcasm.

Here in Canada the young kids have figured out that an education is nessesary for a good future. The universities are at maximum capacity. Gone are the days of going to work at the factory after high school. There are no more factories. Having kids at such a young age will be a huge burdon.

Hey shavey,

Before you hurt yourself by patting your own back, here are some numbers for you:

http://www40.statcan.gc.ca/l01/cst01/hlth65a-eng.htm

Over 30, 000 Canadian girls under 20 were pregnant, Over 20, 000 of them were under 19, and almost 10, 000 of them were under 18.

So maybe they haven't quite figured it out yet!
....

Edited to add:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teenage_pregnancy

Out of 21 countries on this list, only 6 have higher teen pregnancy rates than Canada. (Old data)

More recently Canada wins the bronze medal:

When I was in high school, there was a guy in my grade who had fathered three children by Grade 9. After the third one, his parents sent him to an all boys boarding school. He wasn't trailer trash; his family was quite affluent. He was probably the best natural athlete in the school, but he was more interested in 420 than team sports.

You need a license to practice law or medicine, to do electrical or plumbing work, to drive a car, catch a fish or shoot a moose, but all you need to create a baby is a dick and someone to receive it. Weird, eh?

I am just saying that the universities are at full capacity and may are turned away. Many young people have figured out that you need an education to get ahead. It is not 1952, get married at 18, go to work at that factory, and have kids at 20.

My grandpa's 100. If he were 29 like that kid we could hang out and stuff.

Then you missed in the post above yours the quotation from The Daily Mail "the unemployed grandfather-to-be does not live with his daughter or her mother, a cafe worker who has two other children and lives with another unemployed man on a housing estate."

Just like getting married costs $25 and you don't even have to have pre-marital counseling. But getting divorced will cost you thousands of dollars.
