Are you being sarcastic, or do you truly not know that the Sun is a Right wing conservative ass kissing (rag) newspaper.
Hmm until Sun News comes to life, the folks who are daily Sun readers are truckers and unions members like those TTC operators.....ogling the Sunshine Girls. No?

One thing about Layton.....

He has never been hypocritical about the sex industry. He never got up on his soap box (Grimes, Ford, Saundercook (especially)) to bray away about the sex industry in Toronto. He could have been like Elliot Spitzer - taking on the Sex Industry on one hand, while frequenting it on the other. But he didn't.
Or it could very well be until now, nobody in politics treat him or what he stands for seriously and they are paying the price for the complacency. No?

True, but many of them aren't the brightest bulbs in the box and they buy into the Sun's anti-gov't babble and eat it up.

I've been in Union environments before and believe me, the smart guys won't even touch the Sun, many will not allow it on site even.

The Sun is a rightwing conservative paper to the bone.

The rules should not allow shit like this to be used.. regardless of party..
The rules are the rules.... clearly the report is correct if his wife is corroborating it... perhaps it will get him votes... do you trust your fellow countrymen to judge this issue correctly?

The rules are there are no rules. If he was arrested it would be different, but this kind of muck racking is wrong.
I for one have no idea who I'm voting for.. I'm looking for a 3 sided coin.. no matter who my fellow countrymen vote for we're in trouble..

LOL, Canadian chapters for Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck.

That's interesting. No different from those who aren't the brightest bulbs in the Liberal Party read the Star, while the non-Tories elite who are less hostile to the big corporations read the G&M.

The Sun is a rightwing conservative paper to the bone.
Does that mean sooner or later they'll scrap Sunshine Girl or worse having them wearing Hijab?

Nah, they wouldn't kill the golden goose like the pinkos.

“A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take away everything you have.” –Thomas Jefferson 1820

I can remember way back when a liberal was one who was generous with his own money..... Will Rogers 1930

"No sir, I was just getting a shiatsu" ..... Jack Layton 1996

Actually Jack Layton spearheaded the attack on lap dancing after Katherine Goldberg came forward(while she was with Filmores) and complained that girls were being forced to lap dance. Soon after Jack visited many clubs with metro licence commission in tow and it was shortly after that, the rules changed in clubs....zero contact/zero tolerance, all table dancing had to be in clear sight of the main stage, booths and cubicles were not allowed etc.

if memory serves this was before this alleged massage parlor thing and an election was forthcoming
