Shoot first, ask questions later.Police say they shocked the child, who was the suspect in the attack, after he emerged from a home.
The police just don't willy nilly use the tazer on someone. They have to be doing something to justify the behaviour.Shoot first, ask questions later.
Like walking out of a home unarmed. The police just don't willy nilly use the tazer on someone. They have to be doing something to justify the behaviour.
And you know this how ?Like walking out of a home unarmed.
Seemingly from your comment you fail to grasp that "suspect" is one of those words like "accused." "Suspect" does not mean that 140 people didn't see Judy stab Rachel to death.Police say they shocked the child, who was the suspect in the attack, after he emerged.
And here I was thinking that a child under the age of 12 can't be a "suspect" or the "accused".Seemingly from your comment you fail to grasp that "suspect" is one of those words like "accused." "Suspect" does not mean that 140 people didn't see Judy stab Rachel to death.
Where there is a guy with 37 holes in him.
Could someone point out where it was stated that the victim was stabbed 37 times? I suspect he would have been in rather serious condition if that were the case. His condition is described as:The news around here is the boy wouldn't drop the knife, so there you go. You have a man who has been stabbed 37 times who needs immediate medical attention and a boy who is still running around with a knife. What do you do?
There are many cases of officers "zapping" people when they are not in deirect danger, here is an excerpt from just one such instance:Kids these days are crazy!!!!! Im sure they wouldnt of just zapped him without feeling that they were in danger.
