It's quite expensive, It does work, but you have to have the time to deal with the diet/eating restrictions over an extended period, in the range of 9 months total and variable pain through the process. After all that, you do have a new tooth or teeth. I've had family members who have gone through it and both have said not again.Experiences, good or bad?

I had an implant about 4 years ago - fractured a molar while skiing at Banff. Actually, fractured the molar below the gum line after wiping out while skiing at Banff would be more accurate....Experiences, good or bad?
I had to reread your post twice because the first time I did so too fast and thought you posted BADGE. My bad.Dan, fairly expensive about $2500.00 per implant. Very little pain involved. However it takes about 12 weeks for the implant to graft to your jawbone and in the intrim you get to wear a bridge. Once the implant takes it is no different than having your own tooth.
