I don't see why I should care about women here. As far as I am concerned women in Canada live better than anywhere else. Look at how fucking fat they are.

Couldn't agree more.

I despise CL's and I think it does no good to the sex trade because it "ghettoizes" the whole trade. The whole image, right from the interface on CL has the "dirty fuck in a cheap hotel" feel to it. It simply reinforces the stereotype that paying for sex is all about a mattress on the floor & 30 minutes of sex with some broken chick that daddy beat up.

But, CL has did something that's good for neighborhoods and for the sex trade overall. It's pulled legitimate girls off the street and put them online. Rather than work the corner in my 'hood, all a girl needs is an internet connection & a picture of herself. She's in business. CL does EXACTLY what this trade needs...it puts the power in the hands of the women. A woman that works at an MP or as a SW can now control her own reality. All she needs is a computer & a bit of knowledge on how to upload a pic and type. Suddenly she's free of the "pimps" that run MP's, etc. She can be an indie. Sure, her web presences lacks pizzaz and says "ghetto" but at least she has the control over who she sees. That's what this trade NEEDS.

I hope none of you guys voted for these fuckheads. I find CL to be a useful service and it is not at all ghettoized, there are women advertising at all price ranges there. It's honestly a better way to search through ads than what's provided by Redzone or any of the other services. They key for me is temporal: I often call in the evening when many SP's are off work, but I know if an ad was recently posted on CL that she's probably around.

Yes you have to cut through the spam, but it's not that hard to cut through it.
