don't you dare blame alcohol for anything. it is not delicious alcohols fault for ANYTHING!!!lol Certainly could not have been alcohol, because it's legal and approved by our government
That takes planning, this was wasn't a planned killing. This guy had immediate access to an unlocked loaded shotgun to kill his son.DUDE i want a gun I can have it by the EOD
gun laws only work if you are a responsible gun owner. That takes planning, this was wasn't a planned killing. This guy had immediate access to an unlocked loaded shotgun to kill his son.
If you can get a gun easily it speaks for your moronic gun laws which you seem to support.
Not true, they keep many people from buying a gun.gun laws only work if you are a responsible gun owner.
i agree all guns should be registered, but there are a ridiculous amount of illegal guns out there. laws in general are only as useful as the people that obey them. to use your car analogy, the law says you have to stop at stop signs, no exceptions. yet how many people do a rolling stop or don't stop at all ? traffic laws are broken just as easily as gun laws. i used to own several guns and they all had trigger locks and were locked in the gun cabinet. they were not readily available at anytime even more so when i was high as fuck. Not true, they keep many people from buying a gun.
Registering a car is seen as normal and useful, why not a gun?
and to let you know, i could very easily make 1 phone call and have a 9mm delivered to my doorstep for about 1500$ if i so wanted serial numbers filed off and ready to rock. Not true, they keep many people from buying a gun.

That takes planning, this murder wasn't planned.and to let you know, i could very easily make 1 phone call and have a 9mm delivered to my doorstep for about 1500$ if i so wanted serial numbers filed off and ready to rock.
Papa, as you know the laws are made to punish those who break them. That you can get an illegal gun is a problem with enforcement, rather than with the law itself. However, if you are found to have an illegal gun, or use it in a crime, I'd hope that tough laws are in place to put you away for a long time. I'd also hope that you are bright enough to think about that before getting a gun.You are a moron
If I wanted to buy an illegal gun do yo think you could stop me?
You keep on parroting "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" "That takes planning" .......That takes planning, this murder wasn't planned.
You could probably buy a car the same way, but registering them seems to be a good idea.
did you mean illicit drugs and guns are harmlessFor anyone who actually believes this. Read the following:
From The Associated Press
A 21-year-old central New York man has pleaded guilty to shooting his 3-month-old son to death in front of a state trooper.
Adam Theall of Rome wept and had to sit down several times as he admitted Thursday to killing his baby son Eithen with a shotgun in June.
Theall told a judge he'd been partying with a friend the night before and was high on drugs when he grabbed a loaded shotgun from his mother's home and confronted police who were responding to a domestic disturbance report.
Theall was shot more than a dozen times by troopers when he refused to put down the weapon after shooting the child.
He pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and faces 25 years to life in prison when he's sentenced on Nov. 18.
An evil mastermind wouldn't have killed his son in front of the cops, he would have distracted them with a box of doughnuts. What if he did this evil matermind level "planning" months or YEARS ago????
So, let me be clear. Are you saying that had he not been partying with a friend the night before and was not high on drugs at the time, he would still have exibited exactly the same poor judgement? The Drugs made me do it! The Drugs made me do it! It's a terrible story and the trooper and the relatives deserve every sympathy, but imagining drugs caused it is believing in fairytales.
Thankfully, that would not have happened in Canada, because his mother would have had to go to class in order to get a PAL licence to buy a shotgun, and therefore would have known better that to leave a loaded shotgun standing around so someone could grab it.For anyone who actually believes this. So there shouldn't be any traffic laws ?the law says you have to stop at stop signs, no exceptions. yet how many people do a rolling stop or don't stop at all ? traffic laws are broken just as easily as gun laws.
The students at the École Polytéchnique wanted stronger gun laws. Same with the ones at Dawson College. Can't guess what kids brought up in an environment where gun possession is a holy right might think.Let's ask the students & faculty of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University whether they want stronger gun laws.
