I think that's something that should properly be determined by a dental forensic expert. That type of conclusion needs some expertise to deliver. When you punch someone in the mouth and crack their teeth, there should be more evidence like a fat or busted lip.

Why is it not cool?Who cares if he hit her in the mouth or the freaking head . the point remains.

Supposed to be funny or are you related?"What do you tell a woman with two black eyes? Nothing. You already told her twice." - Author unknown (maybe Mel Gibson?)
When I was a kid I remember my dad taught me to never hit a woman. We're bigger and stronger and capable of defending ourselves without striking back. I've had women who have thrown things at me and taken a swing at me, in my youth, when I was still quick and could duck. It never ocurred to me to hit back. Why is it not cool?
What if she hit him first?
I was going to say the same thing. Her dentist is on record as saying he believes she was not punched in the mouth, making the story suspicious. He said she may have been punched in the head and that caused her to bite down on her teeth, however the story posted said she was punched directly in the mouth.
