luongo does let in soft goals, especially when he isn't getting peppered with shots. he just loses focus when he isn't into the game.True but Luongo made it a game with a brutal first goal.
?????I forgot to watch to see who Sidney spit on last night. Which Slovak got the Kid's loogie? Fuckin class act there ...........
Not sure Lindy knows how to beat Miller. his advice didn't do well last weekend...Ask Team Canada's assistant coach Lindy Ruff, who happened to be Miller's head coach with the Sabres. He will have intimate knowledge of how to solve Miller the goalie. LOL!!!
Documentation please, from a reputable source. Is Sidney Crosby's spitting in his hand before 'handshake time' a good message to be sending to our kids?
I know, I'm disappointed. I thought there'd be at least 18 by now.11 pages on the Canadian hockey team.... LOL
OTB
It is unlikely Ruff does not know anything about Miller's weaknesses in goaltending. Someone should ask where Lindy's loyalty lies. Is it with Team Canada or with Miller and the Sabres??? LOL!!!Not sure Lindy knows how to beat Miller. his advice didn't do well last weekend...

Me too, but frankly I consider the overall level of play disappointing compared to 2002 and especially 2006 - there's been more drama & surprise twists but much of it has rested on inconsistency, underperformances and poor coaching. I find the lack of quality makes it harder to stay riveted.I know, I'm disappointed. I thought there'd be at least 18 by now.
I suspect what Ruff knows is that the stability of his income rests far more on Miller than the Canadian Olympic team and any squealing that might compromise Miller's effectiveness in the NHL would be a considerable sacrifice of self interest. It is unlikely Ruff does not know anything about Miller's weaknesses in goaltending. Brain cramp, I knew it was 12, not 6. D'oh ! The gaming company I deal with had it listed as 3:20 e.s.t., that's why I used ''20'', rather than ''15'' .3:20 pm EST translates to 12:20pm PST. You had the EST time almost correct, the Olympic web site says start time is 3:15 EST.
In case anyone wonders the closing ceremony begins at 8:30 EST.
