Hmm..not sure your definition of small. Do you mean cup size less than DD and size 34?

BTW, most of the white girls I notice have decent, above average breasts...before some of them suffer self-esteem issue and have man-mades totally out of proportion. IMHO those "small-breasts" white ladies are physically better than say East Asians chicks where quite a number of them remind me of planks (30AA or less)/pre-puberty...
