ED and premature ejaculation are my problems, I 've taken generic stuff, real viagara/cialis and tried so many things and still can't enjoy a session any more. Wasn't the case couple of years ago. That is because you make the same mistake a lot of men make,,,,,they assume their dick is what makes them a man. Hon, truly, a hard on does not make a good man.
Yes, also have you had your blood sugar level tested? Asymptomatic (type II) diabetes can often cause problems that unless they check blood sugars get attributed to other causes.
I think your head (the big one) is your worst enemy right now. Unlike a lot of things in life, too much thought in sex is not good. Each time you have sex with an sp or non-sp, you are probably carrying a whole lot of mental baggage that is literally bringing you down.
Lay off of sex (including with the palm sisters) for a while. Go work out more often to get the endorphins flowing. Then, book an SP on a last minute basis so you don't think about it too much. Maybe, book a longer appointment so there is not as much pressure.

We all change over time, some of us go from MSOG to OSOG, others have ED. Your not alone it happens to us all in one way or another over our life. Adding pressure to yourself to perform makes it worse as well as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes. Regardless, LadyTY2Uall made some great suggestions so just enjoy in the moment with what you can do. It can be frustrating that you couldn't finish off what you were enjoying, but really as long as you change up to something that does work, have fun chill out, enjoy and you don't need to be some super stud to live up to some of these reviews that you see. As far as I know, women can always have sex even if they don't feel like it, it's their choice. ED isn't a choice and is demoralizing, I've went a week or so with no wood, depends on how I'm feeling at the time of my life, not fun.

To the OP, as others havr suggested, there is likely some underlying medical or psychological issue in play... Diabetes, high blood pressure, being Catholic...
