This is more about incalls that are apartments. what do you look for in hosting them and also what do you look for in visiting them.

I am considering moving as my incall does has some flaws. I am wondering from both sides of hobbyist and SPs what do you look for when you are renting a permanant incalls or double as a home and incall. Hobbyist when your visiting an incall that is in an apartment what are you looking for, this is not for condo incalls as I think they have too much security I do not need a security guard or front desk security.

I find I am no longer comfortable in an incall that doubles as a home. Too insecure for her, as all her prior customers know where to find her, leaving her prone to intrusion. Also, and eventually it will happen, common bawdy house charges. Would hate to be the customer when that goes down.

Some agencies seem to get away with having permanent incalls.

But they rotate the girls. Some girls make it known that it's their home, and they live there alone, and so on...

I like a clean shower stall that doesn't have mildew and stains all over it. Candles in the bathroom are nice too.

As a client, I prefer the location to be near public transit. I rather would not drive there if I can help it. The reason is two fold - less things I need to bring (license, etc) and also for privacy (car identity). Also the location should be in a decent area of town. I prefer fairly modern buildings with a nice bathroom and a nice couch (I like to start off on the couch!). I do like condos because they are often more modern and such but agree that dealing with the front desk can be a pain.

With my price range, and life style I also need Transit access. it seems to be a big challenge to find a decent 2 bedroom apartment. since I have to cover the cost of living even when business is slow.

I do not plan on having alot of clients come and in and out my in-call. I am mostly available from noon til about 10pm and at most 2 to 3 clients per day even just one is fine with me.

I have to admit, that special rate you offer makes it all very tempting. As long as its the usual Riley level of service :D

Hotels are 45 bucks a day, why the hell would you risk even 1 incall in your home?

hotels arent that great I tried hotels and home office incall. and its a matter of keeping my cost low and my comfort level.

and of course what service level I can ensure my clients get. when they see me. $45 a day on a hotel everyday for a month ads up which ends up being the cost of rent for a place.

First thing I would do is not announce publically you use your living quarters as your incall, not a wise move, potential safety and security problem.
Tell your clients you have an arrangement with a girlfriend of yours or something to that effect, too many wackos in this world.

Thanks everyone I have taken everything into consideration. and a permanent apartment is still more cost effect for me then renting hotels and moving around all the time.

I was hoping to have some input from other SPs here but I guess they are shy.

Well, she did ask us what we look for in the incall, NOT whether we think it is a good idea for her to live in her incall location.

In the U.S. if one owns a home it isn't a good idea to live there and use it as an incall both, as if busted it can be confiscated. If you are renting though I guess it doesn't matter. Not sure what the take is in Canada. That said I used to visit an indy girl in the U.S. who owned a home and used it as an incall as well and in the years I knew her she never had any trouble. I think one girl working there doesn't attract attention, but if it is a 4 bedroom house and four girls are working there with appointments on the half hour the neighbours would start to notice all the cars/traffic. So, one girl seeing 1-3 clients a day...who'd notice? Wacky clients is another issue.

It sounds like you already know what you want, an inexpensive non-condo you might also live in that is located near the subway line. That's narrowed down enough, you should be able to find a place like this.
Mia.Colpa makes a good point about not telling us your living circumstances.
I hope this all works well for you. :)

This is the way I see it. Pay a little for a hotel everyday, or pay a hefty lawyer fee later on.

Good luck to you!
Excluding underage girls, drugs, illegal immigrants/slaves and street action has there been a single arrest of an escort or john in Toronto in the last ten years?

Remove the obvious police bait (underage girls, drugs, slaves, noise complaints) and they just don't care.

As for what I look for at an incall three words - clean, clean clean.

The bathroom, the toilet, the sheets, the towels all clean, clean clean.

I do not want to see or sense any trace of the last customer.

Yes this was to get input on the client coming to an incall, condos are way out of my price range, a nice apartment in a good mid-income area would be ideal. I know I can get legal advice from Street out reach services and maggie's toronto, as they do host meetings for us working girls to give us some advice. and I was amazed to find out how many double up either have a second apartment or work from home, and also claim part of their rent on their taxes.

A month of hotels and calculating the cost became pricey as the hotel cost was about what I pay in my current rent, then I stated exploring other options to host incalls.

2 apartments seem more ideal for working girls who have a family and working. from speaking with a few girls the condo seems to be a hassle for them and I didn't get that impression from girls who work from a regular modern, condo style apartment. but I did some looking at listings the prices seem steep.

I have my safety plan in place it's pretty much no different then being in an agency incall with the safety calls and etc. I have been in incalls that are regular apartments from agencies. so I didn't see what the big difference was if it was me in the apartment on my own or under some agency apartment incall.

Moving from hotel room to room every day is a pain for sure. For clients, we can see outcalls in our homes which is very conveinent in that we don't have to travel to incalls or hotels. If the SP doesn't show or cancels, we can shrug and watch a DVD instead of fuming over the 40 minute drive, parking, etc. We don't have to worry about crummy bathrooms as we can use our own nice bathroom to shower in. Also there is the added plus of complete legality (in Canada). That said, some of us are uncomfortable having SPs over to our homes. In the same vein, it is much easier for SPs to work out of their homes. They can keep an eye on their pets, eat when they like, no travel time to work, lots to do in between appointments, etc. However I don't know too many who do this. There are trade offs in everything.

Anyway, as I said I vote for a clean, big shower stall and wish you all the best in working from home.

Thank you this was the type of input I was looking for. I wish more Sps would share in here.

There is alot more benefits from working from home, no shows, or cancels does not mean my day is ruined I can cook my dinner, share with a client if he likes. clean like I am a bit of a neat freak. and tend to my personal day to day things. and close up shop when I am tired.

I also thought about getting an alarm system some apartment buildings allow you to have one. some even come with panic buttons.

There is alot of other things to consider maybe having a roommate for a while. is one of them. plus if a friend is over she would be an instant walk away.
