.

1. Look very surprised .

2. Be extremely sympathetic .

3. Deny responsibility .

Oh wait. That advice is if your golf ball goes through someone's window .

How about - no sense crying over spilled milk .

I think the advice you are looking for is how to insure the condom doesn't come off .

Book an appointment with an RESP specialist.
But wait you need to get the parental testing first, make sure the kid is yours!! :D

BTW, go to the hassle free clinic for blood and urine tests to check everything, syphillis and herpes in particular no later than a month after the "leakage".

Do not have unprotected, preferrably no sexual intercourses for 3 solid months and then get HIV rapid test at hassle free too.

Good luck!

If the condom breaks or comes off while being with an SP the best thing to do to avoid STDs is just to cut off your penis.
I second that suggestion :D

On a serious note, I suggest checking the condom at times. I do this often. It serves two purposes; you can check the condom and tease the girl at the same time!

I visited a nice young SP the other day and had a very good time. The mish finish seemed exceptional until we both realized at pull out time that the condom was long gone and I had shot the load inside her unprotected. We were both surprised since neither had realized it. I had to go in after the condom and fished it out. She went to the bathroom and did woman stuff that I left to her, I assume some douche and a pee. I advised her to get the morning after pill the next day.

Anything else that should be done in your experience ladies or gents? Do most SPs use the pill as back up for such situations?
Tell her your name is Rodger Clinton

What i dont understand is how anyone cant realize it when it happens and act all surprised when they find out it is broken or has come off at the end.
How do you go from being wrapped in a garbage bag to feeling the warmth and wetness of a pussy and not realizing that something is different and that you are now going at it bareback?
I have had this happen a few times in my life and knew the exact second that it had happened and stopped.
And yes i have obviously been tested every time after wards (before anyone throws that out there, lol).
Happened to me also with the SO when first started dating. Funny enough I knew immediately, she didn't. This brings up the topic that generally vaginas are not as sensitive as penises, however the women make up for it with the clit.

You're kidding right.

You really think that he has even the remotest chance of picking up HIV?

I have a bridge for sale that you might be interested in.

BTW, Hassle Free won't want to see you for what the OP has described. They ask you a series of questions on the phone and unless you were taking it up the ass and this happened, they won't want to see you.

As far as testing for Herpes.

1. Condoms only offer minimal protection against herpes as the base of the penis is not covered.

2. Blood Testing for Herpes is not accurate. He would need to wait until he had an outbreak. But don't believe me, believe the Hassle Free:

Herpes can be accurately diagnosed by a physical examination and confirmed by a swab/culture. A swab is taken from the sore(s) or blister soon after they appear (ideally within 48 hours) and is sent to the lab for testing. With this type of testing, positive test results will differentiate between herpes simplex I and herpes simplex II. The standard, widely available blood test is not a useful test for diagnosing herpes because it will not differentiate between HSV I and HSV II. Most people have been exposed to HSV I (even though they are not actually infected with it) and will therefore test positive for HSV antibodies in their blood. For this reason, this blood test for HSV is not recommended for diagnosis of herpes.

In the absence of a sore, there is now a new blood test that is type-specific. Hassle Free does not offer this test as it is not covered by OHIP. This test is called the herpes western blot, manufactured by the University of Washington (and was approved for use in Canada in 2001). You can go to their website for more details about their test.

Just remember one thing: you just exposed yourself to every guy she slept with for the past year(s).......
At the risk of going along with the paranoia, "technically" this is true. But the odds are overwhelmingly in favour of neither the girl nor the OP have a disease, and she is likely on the pill, and everything is right in the world.

Having said this, I would have immediately soaked my dick in boiling water, then doused it in alcohol, then rubbed it down with emery cloth, then covered it with Polysporin...

In reality, be aware of signs of "stuff", and possibly even hit the Hassle-Free for peace of mind.

I suspect that most avid hobbyists have experienced "condom failure" of one sort or another, and you can be certain that almost every girl has too... But it's hardly grounds for panic.

Well, it's better to cover all the bases. Better be safe than sorry.

Again whether it's warrented depend on the call at the docs at Hassle Free Clinic.

I've gone to HF for HIV tests, STD tests, etc. It's part of the deal when you love to fuck.

If you call HF, the first thing they ask you is when you had your last HIV test and it if it was less than 2 years ago, they ask you if you have engaged in High Risk activities such as unprotected receptive anal sex or needle sharing.

No.

Then they tell you to call them back after 2 years time.

They don't have the resources to deal with men who have no chance of contracting HIV. They have have their hands full with the high risk crowd. They have neither the time or the resources to be testing every straight guy who was banging some chick and the condom broke. Ditto every person who has a new GF and they want to get "tested" so they can get the ticke to Bare Back.

Call them yourself and try to set up an HIV test. You'll see. You'll get the questions.

Isn't one of the questions whether or not you have had sex with a "sex worker" recently?

A broken condom (unprotected sex) with a sex worker is high risk, regardless of what you tell yourself.

Didn't you ask her after the fact:

- are you on the pill?
- have you recently been tested?

These may be awkward questions for the "typical" meeting with an SP, but based on your incident and her profession, wouldn't these be (albeit difficult) rational and fair questions?
