If the condom breaks or comes off while being with an SP the best thing to do to avoid STDs is just to cut off your penis.

On a serious note, I suggest checking the condom at times. I do this often. It serves two purposes; you can check the condom and tease the girl at the same time!

What i dont understand is how anyone cant realize it when it happens and act all surprised when they find out it is broken or has come off at the end.

BTW, Hassle Free won't want to see you for what the OP has described. They ask you a series of questions on the phone and unless you were taking it up the ass and this happened, they won't want to see you.

As far as testing for Herpes.

1. Condoms only offer minimal protection against herpes as the base of the penis is not covered.

2. Blood Testing for Herpes is not accurate. He would need to wait until he had an outbreak. But don't believe me, believe the Hassle Free:

Herpes can be accurately diagnosed by a physical examination and confirmed by a swab/culture. A swab is taken from the sore(s) or blister soon after they appear (ideally within 48 hours) and is sent to the lab for testing. With this type of testing, positive test results will differentiate between herpes simplex I and herpes simplex II. The standard, widely available blood test is not a useful test for diagnosing herpes because it will not differentiate between HSV I and HSV II. Most people have been exposed to HSV I (even though they are not actually infected with it) and will therefore test positive for HSV antibodies in their blood. For this reason, this blood test for HSV is not recommended for diagnosis of herpes.

In the absence of a sore, there is now a new blood test that is type-specific. Hassle Free does not offer this test as it is not covered by OHIP. This test is called the herpes western blot, manufactured by the University of Washington (and was approved for use in Canada in 2001). You can go to their website for more details about their test.

At the risk of going along with the paranoia, "technically" this is true. But the odds are overwhelmingly in favour of neither the girl nor the OP have a disease, and she is likely on the pill, and everything is right in the world.

Having said this, I would have immediately soaked my dick in boiling water, then doused it in alcohol, then rubbed it down with emery cloth, then covered it with Polysporin...

In reality, be aware of signs of "stuff", and possibly even hit the Hassle-Free for peace of mind.

They don't have the resources to deal with men who have no chance of contracting HIV. They have have their hands full with the high risk crowd. They have neither the time or the resources to be testing every straight guy who was banging some chick and the condom broke. Ditto every person who has a new GF and they want to get "tested" so they can get the ticke to Bare Back.

Call them yourself and try to set up an HIV test. You'll see. You'll get the questions.

Isn't one of the questions whether or not you have had sex with a "sex worker" recently?

A broken condom (unprotected sex) with a sex worker is high risk, regardless of what you tell yourself.

- have you recently been tested?

These may be awkward questions for the "typical" meeting with an SP, but based on your incident and her profession, wouldn't these be (albeit difficult) rational and fair questions?
