Police have rescued a 15-year-old girl from the clutches of a man they say was running a prostitution ring.

York Regional officers found the teen in a Toronto condo on Friday. She was immediately taken away from the 40-year-old accused and placed in protective care.

Officers allege that she was forced to work out of that apartment.

On Saturday, the Drugs and Vice Unit continued their investigation at two other condos: One was located at 1001 Bay St. and the other at 1200 York Mills Rd. Investigators believe that the victim was also being held at these locations prior to her rescue.

What they found was $16,000 in cash, and evidence that led to charges of running a common bawdy house.

They also allegedly discovered online and newspaper advertisements looking for women, and suggesting sexual services in exchange for money.

Renan Gazzali Esahak, 40, who also goes by the names of "Ray" and "Kelsey," has been charged with:

* Sexual Interference
* Invitation to Sexual Touching
* Procuring Person to Have Illicit Intercourse with Another Person
* Procuring Person to Leave Usual Place of Abode
* Living on the Avails of Prostitution
* Keep a Common Bawdy House
* Knowingly Conceal a Person at a Common Bawdy House
* Exercising Control, Direction or Influence
* Householder Permitting Sexual Activity
* Transporting Person to a Common Bawdy House.

"Acting on a tip", I hope that was someone here. Anytime anybody sees anything like that they should do something, this is pretty disgusting.

That it has happened twice in one week means it's probably a lot more common than we think it is--I think it's up to us to change that. If these guys have to worry that their customers will turn them in to the cops they won't very well be able to do it anymore.

The sonfabitches that are forcing these girls into this are only half of the problem, the sick fucks that actually pay to have sex with these children are the other half of that problem. Really, this is truly awful.

Might want to read the police press statement again..... AGENCY !

We have a few members who always post about looking for "young fresh" etc.

If someone is doing 18 year olds who look 15, are they....... oh never mind, I am getting on a soap box

I would be surprised if he had not hired at least one under age girl, even if only by accident. Does he care? Who can tell. Does this behaviour make victims out of underage girls? You tell me. Does it make the pimping of under age girls profitable? Of course.

Unfortunately it is common. When you have tons of porn titles like "Barely Legal", "Bring 'em Young", "Just Turned 18" and "Teen" this and that you know what type of person they are targeting. To think someone who is into that stuff would be revolted at sex with a 17 yr old is naive.

If the girl was forced into being a prostitute, then that is despicable.
If the owner knew she was underage, then he is scum.
If the girl can pass for 18 and has fake ID, it is not right, but why blame the agency.

Let's not go flaming the agency until there are some more "facts"

I have never used 4play, but they seem to be a decent agency.

Maybe it is the agency's job to look out for the best interest of the SP. Accepting some fake "ID" really isn't looking out for anyone but themselves. (Not to mention the idea of the agency make money for sex with a minor).

It's the sex trade, its about guys getting their rocks off. The agencies are in it to make money. Can we really expect them to scrutinize IDs? Should they? Probably.

Lets face facts here, we are not talking about the banking industry where everyone is looking out for each other right... wait, that might have been a bad example, but you get the idea.
