If the end product and overall net impression is the same, then I prefer natural. A nice set of natural breasts beats a pair of implants any day. However, a nice set of implants is preferrable to a flat chest or saggy, shriveled pair of natural breasts.
Natural all the way. Implants just don't feel good. And I always feel horrible for the lady if there's any scarring... frankentitz just don't do it for me.

I can honestly say that if I had even small B cups before, I would not have had the surgery. I wasn't even an A cup to begin with.
I was not fixated on size, I was fixated on having breasts period.
I think the problem with implants is that a lot of girls go totally over board, there is no need to have triple E cup breasts, that is just ridiculous. If a girl stays in proportion I see no reason why implants should be so taboo.

My wife had perfect breasts, then she had 2 perfect babies. Whom she breast-fed perfectly each for abour 5 months. She exercised and got back all her perfect 24"waist and 36" hips but the breasts had gone from a 34D to barely a 34B.
Then she found the perfect surgeon, got the perfect implants- anatomically shaped, no circular.
And now she has her perfect figure back and we are both perfectly happy with the results>

I have to agree that the biggest problem is the 'over-the-top' sizes that a lot choose . Those just look stupid . Not all implants are bad - I met an SP in Vegas by the name of L.J. Montana and hers were perfect. I could honestly not feel the difference .

Well, I voted Natural, but that's only if they are sizable (greater than or equal to B cup). I generally don't like the 'extra firmness' of the implant, but there have been some where you wonder: are they real? So given something: natural. given nothing, implants.

Breasts are so wonderful. Size, shape and other factors make them all so wonderful and delightful.
I prefer natural, but would never turn down a wonderful pair of breasts and a lovely, sexy lady.

As long as there are 2 of them, and they are a reasonably matched set in a size proportionate to the womans frame, that's all I really care about.
I do not have any issue with implants, unless they are badly done, overly large (circus tits) or so round and hard that they dont move.

I don't think it's possible to make a rule on this one.
Natural breasts are much nicer to touch, but Sasha is right. If a woman is totally flat, or has even very very small breasts, implants can make a huge difference to the way clothes fit, and to the ladies' self esteem. Life's too short not to use such an easy method of changing your appearance if it makes you feel good about yourself.
Unfortunately, as in every area of human endeavor, there are fools that that believe if a little is good, a lot must be better. Any woman that gets implants which,
- show obvious and extreme stretching of the skin
- suspend the breasts so that they hang without ever touching
- are obviously too big for her frame
has made a bad choice. The effect should look natural, not like a science experiment gone wrong. I don't know if so many implant jobs look bad because of the state of technology, or because the woman opted to go too big, but IMO any procedure that looks obviously fake, is a failure.

If it's a good job then it looks good but if it's a bad job then it just looks really pathetic. Nothing like seeing scars and a woman with boulders on her chest. I think that many women actually go to large which is a turn off. I personally never feel quite right touching fakes. I'd prefer small real ones to fake ones. Just my preference.

Well that might be your opinion and you are certainly entitled to it, but then again you are not a woman. You would never know how unfeminine it feels to have a small or even flat chest.cid said:

It is so easy for you guys to sit back and say now that it is ok and that even if a woman is very small it doesn't matter but where were you guys when the chants of "her chest is as flat as her back" were being hear by hundreds of women throughout grade and high schools? Oh that is right, you were the guys chanting it or at least the ones egging them on, or snickering in the corner.
I am not saying that childish comments like that are the reason I had the surgery but it certainly did play a small part.
I feel 10 times sexier now than I did 5 years ago. Was it because of the boobs? Probably. It may also be because I am older and I know better. If given the chance to do it again I would, in a heartbeat. And certainly if I had been given the choice to have natural or fake breasts I would have chosen natural, but life doesn't work like that and I do have the choice to have breast period and I chose to have them.
You guys also have the choice to see someone with either natural or fake breasts. Whatever you prefer, go ahead, I don't blame you for prefering natural.
But before you go passing judgement on a woman because she decided to get implants just think how you would feel with that 1 inch penis. (and yes I do believe it is a very valid comparison)
You are absolutely right about the grade school/High school mentality, but just as you admit "older and wiser", allow us to grow mentally as well. At this stage of the game, most guys know that breasts don't define a woman, however, in this particular "game", first attraction is most important....and so the understandable enhancement. My first attraction is admittedly to larger breast women, real or fake (with a preference for real), but it definitely takes more to keep my attention.
