Well, since I am believer in democracy, if the wishes of the majority is to welcome GWB, rather than protest, then so be it. 5000 or 15,000 is hardly a showing. Very sad and pathetic.
15,000 would have been a huge protest. Have you ever been in a crowd with that many people?rama putri said:Well, since I am believer in democracy, if the wishes of the majority is to welcome GWB, rather than protest, then so be it. 5000 or 15,000 is hardly a showing. Very sad and pathetic.

Come on ranger....jump in anytime...belgiumcdn said:The war in Iraq is not about freedom for the Iraqi people, (there are hundred's of dictaitors in the world and the Us isn't at war with them)
The war wasn't about weapon of mass destruction(we all know how many of those where found)
This was about oil and the american's need to control the supplie.

You keep trying to goat me into this arguement.
Who's not supporting the troops? I'd rather support the troops BY NOT SENDING THEM TO WAR.papasmerf said:R. Ranger
I said before and I will say agin I will not argue the point as if the war in Iraq was correct or not.
Reality is We are there and the troops deserve support.
You keep trying to goat me into this arguement. Why not give it up?

Stop asking for unequivocal, unchallengeable proof when you're not prepared to present any yourself.
Goat.
LOL
I gotta admit... Bush definately has some charm. That might be all he's got but he does have that southern easygoing charm and self-depricating attitude that make people like him. I guess for someone who takes such a beating from everyone from Carolyn Parrish, Jon Stewart to Al Franken it pays to have a sense of humor. If Kerry had some maybe he'd be in office right now.belgiumcdn said:I laught my ass off when Bush thanked the people out waving with all five fingers
