I initially joined TERB in 2004 as I was super-interested in the sex scene...
What and/or whom got you involved in TERB?
Upon a recommendation from
Goober's mom... I created an account here.
No, really, it was a long-time regular who clued me in about this place, and it and other boards like it have been very useful and quite entertaining over the years.
My earliest effort was an attempt to review and assist the long-time regular when few if any others had previously done so here.
For a time it backfired, because my review was so sterling, and my writing and detail so effective that people were doubting my authenticity.
One initial doubter questioned me, but after my responses he allowed himself to then accept me as
'authentic'... and much later went on to announce his own year-end "Top Escorts (on TERB) for the year" in a separate thread for each of the next two years... and my original, long-time regular was his
numero uno both times.
Eventually that initial intro to TERB paralleled Piers Morgan speaking to Susan Boyle:
"When you first stood there... everyone was laughing at you... no one is laughing now..."

The entire concept of TERB and others of its ilk is so great, because it gives the working girls the means to be and to impact their clients and potential clients as people... with minds... and slowly they learn that in much the way unbridled sexuality does the same, they need only opine on some random subject to cause some steady percentage of male readers to suddenly become drawn to them
IN an environment where it is not only easy, but kosher for men to act forwardly and directly when attempting to express their attraction (while comfortably boosted by environs where women will rarely say "no" to at least some form of approach).
It's a unique environment where so much stunting social behavior between men and women is just cut away from the interactions. Without that behavior there in the first place, both sides gain a great deal from not only the lack of the core behaviors (such as the seeming
chess match which takes place for an entire evening that determines whether sexual contact will occur between two people), but also from the lack of effects of those core behaviors and the absurdity into which they snowball over the course of an evening or a lifetime.
