Did you make an example out of them with the other girls or did you try to be as discreet as possible when people ask what happened to them?

well i made it known what happened to them so others think twice about what happens when you try and screw up every body else.

And many of the MPA's who obviously are already willing to be nude in front of that guy; are willing to perform hand jobs on that guy; and are sometimes willing to do a little more with that guy in the room - would be willing, with the right guy and the right amount of money to give that guy what he really wants. You can't fire half or so of your staff and stay in business.

You won't stay in biz long, if half your girls offer that in MP. Quick way to put yourself out of biz.

Recount how many high-mileage places are still in biz?

Damn PK, that sucks. If they have gone to another spa and you find out where they are working at, you should pass word on to that owner. (a little bit of information sharing between owners never hurt anyone)

I would advise

against retaliatory actions like calling up new employers. Once the act is done get on with your business. Now if you are called for a reference, that's another matter....

i thought of that as well but i worry about what they will do in reaction to that. i dont want to get jumped on my way home or something. plus the two girls are with the 'gansta' guys and i dont need to deal with them either. all i know is that the other girls have been fired before from spas, and im sure will continue to be fired as soon an management catches on.

you did what you know was right. Passing on information may well not be part of the right thing to do. As you said they will catch on and a reputation for being a problem will develop.
