Unfortunately, some foolishly are and I believe it's under the impression of being low volume or under the guise of believing it's special. I admit I throw money away at ridiculous material items but at least it's always fair value in my mind. I guess for some giving a pretty girl extra money is fair value in their mind.
I noticed on Twitter a young SP asking for Rom tickets and in exchange for the $290 the person who donates the money receives get this, an hour "social time". This was granted probably within the first hour by a poor lonely guy because the next tweet was, "just like that, I now have tickets" with a big thank you at the end.

True money can easily come and go but doesn't it hurt the ego knowing you're looked at as an ATM machine? We all pay, throw $250, blow your load and leave but to think it's anything more is foolish and a an illusion that sometime leads to expectations and worse, stalkers.

I'm often judged at home and at work on what I spend my money on. My accountant is on my case weekly. It's part of life. We all judge almost daily, everyone does. It's the human condition.

As for you being judged at home, we are not talking about complete strangers coming into your place of work judging your clients on what they spend on your service. Don't play daft, you know the difference between that and your accountant.

Please don't judge me based on the threads I choose to participate in. Stay in your own lane and let me have my say as you do. Also, have I told you or anyone else what to charge? NO, I have not! Never, for me everything in life is about perceived value (to myself) - just because I can afford those rates doesn't mean I will pay them. There are many things in life I can afford which I don't purchase, no different for services.
You bring up a good point because when I visit various independents' websites and go to their rates I ask myself the same question, who the hell is paying these rates?! If you can buy the same Ferrari for $100 or for $200 obviously I am going to pick the $100! In this business you do not get what you pay for...

That is not bitching about rates and Judging/labeling guys who pay rates higher then you are willing too.

IMHO...The guys who pay higher rates are men who are fairly well off who want to pay for a fantasy that includes the idea that the sp is someone from their own cultural/socioeconomic group. They want someone they could imagine taking to a social function amongst their friends/family/peers who would not stand out like a sore thumb.
This is why “higher end” escorts try to market themselves as being educated, worldly, etc. They describe themselves as courtesans- ie escorts who serviced the Royal Court.
Who knows if they actually are worldly or educated...it doesn’t matter. But they can pass as members of the culturally privileged. This is why most high end escorts are white.

But that does not mean that coming here to bitch about rates that you are either unwilling to pay or can't afford is what this is meant for. That is whining. Who TF cares what some other guys pay??? Anyone who does actually care have got some priorities wrong if you ask me.
