Toronto Rates are good. If you taking like Pickering Angels rates then your MP will be packed.

where to locate MP
I strongly disagree with locating "outside of ottawa".
I don't drive to MPs. It's also hard for those that do, to explain why they had to travel out to some remote location.
Many people with cash are downtown and often don't want to take their cars there. (Frankly, I'd rather spend my money on MPs than cars)
Aqua has a good location, in general, but I don't like what they have.
A compromise would be within 3-4 minutes transitway from downtown.
The city centre building might be ideal. Hotel-de-ville in Hull.
Somewhere on Holland, near Scott.
Athlone/Scott. (that would likely have reasonable parking too)
Get a list of Home Depot
locations.

All us Government of Canada perverts stuck out in Tunney's Pasture with nothing to do at lunch hour.
Problem is I would NEVER go into a house around there that advertises massage -- wouldn't want to be seen going into such a place. Too many people around who know who I am.
There are already a couple on Holland and I won't go near any of them.
There is an OK place on Wellington across from the old Neighbourhood services (?don't know name) - went there once - great service but only one person working, she kept stopping to answer the phone. F*ck! It was a rainy, snowy day around 2 pm and people kept calling and ringing the stupid doorbell.
