it is very easy to put black men in Jail.
notice they are not making any laws against stuff gothic wear which is more frightening and terrifying than black boys wearing sagging pants and we all know that the gothic subculture is predominantly white. just more excuses to put more blacks in Jail.

Yes, very strange. A pissing match is when the combatants attack each other instead of the substantive issue (baggy pants in this case). I seem to recall a short while ago there was an entire thread dedicated to attacking TERBie Blackstone13.
