Yorkdale New CONCEPT Store

Yorkdale has a new store called CONCEPT where they have retail rotation every month. From April 3-30 they're showcasing 6 different food establishments; Caplansky's Deli, Nadia's Chocolates, Uncle Tetsu, Pie Squared, Nugateau and Eva's Original Chimney.

Are any of these worth trying?

Take it from an Uncle, Uncle Tetsu is definitely not worth the hype!

I didn't care for the taste nor texture of Uncle Tetsu's cheesecake. It's more like a cake than cheesecake.

And neither is Caplansky's. He's a good marketer and found a niche market as long as he's downtown.
