just read through this entire thread. A little bit crazy!
I must say that there were a couple of instances where the lady in question seemed to be saying that more services might be available for the right people. Eg. Sex drive has returned, she likes to get bent over desks and vounters...
So is this just a YMMV situation? Has anyone had an amazing time with her??

As the OP I can confirm that more was available given chemistry, etc. so yes, I think YMMV situation. I have not returned since I don't like women with enhanced boobs. I can confirm she is attrative, gives a good massage and has a great location. Zero drama for me, bit others have experienced some of that.
My birthday month celebrations continue and I was happy to finally see her (unfortunately I did not catch her name - my bad). I had a great time.
She is very beautiful (accurate pics) and has an amazing body. Her location is easy to find, clean and discreet, and her service is very good and professional (but I wouldn't describe it as a 'girlfriend' type experience, at least with me). She has very good massage technique. My butt was especially appreciative of the attention it received.
In the middle of the session things got a bit hot and I got a bit loud. I was having a great time and so my breathing and vocals got a bit out of control I think. I could tell it was distracting her a bit, so I dialed it down and in return she dialed it up. Definitely worth noting for future visits.
The highlight was her bodyslide and her finish was amazing - much better than I expected given some of the comments here. She is very attractive, with very reasonable pricing, and excellent service. I was really glad that I took the time to visit her finally. Excellent service and value. I will repeat as often as I am able.

FWIW my session was in a decent sized room upstairs attached to a washroom that was having some work done on it.
