Well I think it would be a mistake to say that someone just "offered" any of these services, usually they just happen, no provider would just say, "I think I'm going to let you do {something} with me today." And no client simply asks, "Can I do {something} to you today?"

Also, this is an accumulated experiences thread. Some members have been around for years, decades even. Many things that may have happened in the distant past, don't necessarily happen anymore.
