I've been to Yarmouth. Good luck in finding anything like that there, but I didn't look. I'm basing it on what I know about Yarmouth itself and the fact that the SP scene in Halifax is pretty barren itself
Lived there for 2.5 years and found it's worth the time to just drive into Halifax. Yarmouth sucks, and I don't mean that way. Mind you, a great place to be in the summer, just not for having fun.
Try contacting some of the escort companies in Halifax. They may have someone living in or near Yarmouth that would satisfy your requirements.
